Happy Veteran’s Day…

November 11, 2014

Hey Y’all,

Short article today and no pictures. It is Veteran’s Day and I hope that you all will find a way to celebrate the holiday. If you know a Vet, tell them thanks. If you really want to say thanks, buy their dinner this week. By the way, if you are looking for a nice place to have a quiet meal for Veteran’s Day. Stay at home. The trend of restaurants offering free meals to Veterans is rapidly growing and you will not be able to swing a dead cat without hitting a Vet looking for a free meal tonight.

If you are out tomorrow night and the knucklehead next to you is gripping about the wait because every place a step up from a fast food chain has a two hour waiting list. When you can’t stand it any longer because you just wanted to take the restaurant community up on their offer of free meals, but the whiney baby wont stop complaining all the old people in line. Here is a suggestion, give them the link to this post and challenge them to read these articles. Hopefully, you will be able to relax, get another flaming volcano ordered and hope they don’t run out of Blooming Onions.

Until next time, keep on rockin,
